Delete your Snekcade account

You can play Snekcade without an account. If you made one, you can delete it and all its data at any time.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

Open Snekcade (Android app or snekcade.com/play), tap the account button, then Delete my account and confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

Option 2: by email

Send an email to hiss@snekcade.com from the address you signed in with, subject Delete my Snekcade account. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your email address, cloud copy of your game progress, league name and XP, streak reminder settings, and your subscription record in our database.

What is kept

Payment and invoice records stay with Polar (web) or Google Play (Android), because tax law requires them. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it first in Google Play (Subscriptions) or via “Manage subscription” in the app. Progress saved only in your own browser stays there until you clear it.
